August 17th, 2010

Two out of three U.S. automakers have received high marks in a customer satisfaction index of U.S. vehicle buyers founded by the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Ford Motor Co’s Lincoln-Mercury brand and General Motors’ Buick nameplates were ranked highest in the survey, topping the annual list of automakers for the first time.
Chrysler Group, meanwhile, fared poorly with its Dodge and Jeep brands at the bottom of the list.
