Drunk driving decision makes convictions easier

Thousands of people with outstanding impaired-driving charges
in Ontario may face a greater chance of being convicted as a result
of a decision issued Wednesday by the province’s Court of Appeal.

  1. So all this may still be a waste of time when an impaired driver refuses to be subjected to a breathalyzer test
