Driver cheats death after roll of steel falls onto his SUV

November 11th, 2009

A Windsor man had the fright of his life Tuesday afternoon when a 22,500-kilogram coil of steel rolled off a tractor-trailer onto his SUV as the two vehicles were exiting E.C. Row Expressway.
